Từng miếng mực nướng cay nhồi khoai tây vừa mềm ngọt của khoai tây vừa có vị giòn giòn của mực quyện với sốt ớt cay cay. Món ăn này mà ăn vào bữa cơm mùa đông thì đã lắm đấy.

Bạn dùng tăm để gài chặt phần đầu của mực đã nhồi khoai tây, cho mực vào khay nướng, dùng cọ phết đều sốt ớt lên trên mực. Nướng mực ở 180 độ C ở cả hai lửa trong khoảng 8 phút, bạn lật mực rồi phết sốt ớt lên mặt còn lại và nướng thêm khoảng 3-5 phút.
Sau khi nướng mực chín bạn lấy mực ra đĩa cho nguội bớt rồi cắt miếng vừa ăn.
